ELECTRIC HEATERS

Electric Heaters are available on all Fresh Air Input and Heat Recovery SAPER units.

Electric Heaters start from 500W and upwards. Three options are available for heating controls;

BASIC INTEGRAL THERMOSTAT

ELECTRONIC MULTISTAGE

THYRISTOR (PULSED) CONTROL

LPHW / STEAM HEATING COILS

Constructed from galvanised casing, copper tubes and aluminium fins as standard.

These coils are suitable for low pressure hot water or steam boiler systems.

Two or Three Way Valve Controls package are available on request.

DX AND CW COOLING COILS

Direct Expansion (DX) or Chilled Water (CW) coils are available on request.

Constructed from galvanised casing, copper tubes and aluminium fins, drain pan with condensate connection fitted as standard. Plastic Eliminators fitted at 3m/s velocity and above.

INDIRECT GAS FIRED HEATERS

These high efficency heaters are qualified for the Enhanced Capital Allowance scheme (see www.eca.gov.uk).

Choice of controls: On/Off, High/Low and Modulating.

Optional stainless or aluminised steel heating tubes.

SILENCERS

Available for air intake or discharge apertures.

Constructed from galvanised steel casing. Silencer pods infilled with Rockwool 60Kg/m3.
Discharge Silencers fitted with Air Spacer Diffusers (ASD), to help reduce air turbulence.

FILTERS

Panel Filters graded from G1 to F6 and are classed as primary filters.

Bag Filters graded from F5 to F9 classed as a secondary filters.

HEPA Filters graded from H10 to H14. Panel and Bag Pre-Filters are recommended to help prolong the HEPA Filter life.

Carbon Impregnated filters available on request.

FIRE / SMOKE DAMPER & ACTUATOR

Rated to 2 hours BS 476 part 8. Actuators with Power Open, fail safe Spring Return mechanism. 230Vac or 24Vac/dc supply voltage.

Framed models available to suit masonary or internal stud walls. Optional Fusible Link to close damper when temperature exceeds 72 deg C.

Option for auxillary volt free contacts for 'Damper Open/Close' indication.

POSITIVE SHUTOFF DAMPER & ACTUATOR

Slim-line casing.
Fully sealed aluminium blades with PVC seals.

Power Open / Spring Return actuator with 230Vac or 24Vac/dc supply voltage.

Option for Volume Control Damper to suit Manual Control or modulating actuator.

1PH FAN SPEED CONTROLLERS

Speed Controllers are suitable for most 230Vac Single Phase fan motors used in Puma Air Handling Equipment.

Type SC 200/1 - Mounted internally to the fan unit casing. Rated up to 3 Amps.

Wall Mounted Speed Controller (WMSC) type is fitted remotely from the fan unit.

INVERTER DRIVE SPEED CONTROLLERS

Suitable for all 3 Phase fan motors. Inverter drives are adjustable for variable fan speeds with 0-100% stepless control.

Inverter drives can increase the fan unit efficency and are qualified for the Enhanced Capital Allowance scheme (see www.eca.gov.uk).
